Feeling stressed?

Feeling stressed? It's not just in your head – it could be impacting your heart too. 🧠💔


Stress is an inevitable part of life, but did you know it can also affect your blood pressure? When we're stressed, our bodies release hormones like adrenaline, which can cause our heart to beat faster and our blood vessels to constrict, leading to a temporary spike in blood pressure.


Over time, chronic stress can take a toll on our cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of developing high blood pressure (hypertension). High blood pressure, in turn, is a major risk factor for heart disease, stroke, and other serious health conditions.


So, what can we do to manage stress and protect our heart health?
